Ryan Cassata

Ryan Cassata is a prolific, accomplished singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, transgender activist and motivational speaker. By age 21, Cassata has recorded nine albums, and toured the country both as a musician and advocate for the LGBT community. He’s performed at some of the world’s biggest Pride Festivals, won Bay Shore High School’s first-ever Harvey Milk Memorial Award, became the youngest keynote speaker for the largest transgender conference in existence, appeared on Larry King Live and The Tyra Banks Show, wrote two movie soundtracks and starred in and toured with internationally screening documentary Songs For Alexis. Among Cassata’s biggest inspirations is the courage and authenticity of Allen Ginsberg.
